- Raw Nut Patties, Spicy Raw Salsa and Raw “Mashed Potatoes”
- Chocolate Chilli Fudge Cheesecake.
What to expect;
The workshop includes:
- Rolene prepares 5/6 yummy dishes (which you get to taste).
- A 3 hour talk on lifestyle changes, health and nutrition
- A recipe booklet with additional notes on the nutritional value of certain foods.
